Planet Earth from Space – ISS August – 2015I still dream about being on the space station with the feeling of being weightless. The weightlessness is the most amazing, relaxing and natural feeling. While we've taken seeds into space, and astronauts on the International Space Station have eaten lettuce they've grown, we haven't produced fruit in space, so we can't pollinate something. – Helen SharmanRaw photos courtesy of Nasa ArchiveOriginal timelapse video by Riccardo Rossi (ISAA) – Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License Music: SkyDub by PsykickMore interesting articles and awesome videos you can find on our pages. #interplanetary #spaceweb #spaceinternet #spacenetwork #spacenet

Good or bad times you know, but understand the times we liked it to learn all together, humans and other lifeforms united on this planet, earth we know, oh? Remember the real good times and bring them back yet. – dJ oGc
This is an excellent visualization that gives one a sense of the immensity of scale that exists in the known universe… an infinite scalar fractal series of embedded boundary conditions from the infinitely large to the infinitely small. Right now the largest boundary we can see is the observable universe, about 13.82 billion years old (about 93 billion light years across) down to the Planck length, the smallest vibration of the electromagnetic spectrum. We are embedded in those scales, in fact, we are about medium sized…Animation by American Museum of Natural HistoryThe Resonance Project • I fucking love science • Universe Explorers • The Mind Unleashed • ScienceAlert • Spirit Science • Collective Evolution • Nassim Haramein
Most have already heard of Satellite Internet Services to get access provided through communications satellites. Since decades different providers offering One-Way Terrestrial Return Satellite Internet Systems based on conventional Internet access over the provider for upstream and downstream directly via satellite. Two-Way Satellite Internet Services can send and receive data from a remote terminal via satellite to a hub telecommunications port which then relays data via the terrestrial Internet. The old and actual services are expensive and unsuitable for mobile. Another method is the Internet via satellite phone, but modern models or services only reach data rates of some kbit/s upstream and downstream. This will change with the next generation of the Internet, the Interplanetary Internet. This new network is an expansion of the current Internet into near-earth space. The first developers and companies of the new Internet are Greg Wyler’s OneWeb, Elon Musk’s SpaceX and Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic. These three competitors have their own plans and solutions to connect the whole world with this new Internet from Space. Future generations will expand this network to other planets and into deep space, this will be the Solar System Internet and the Galactic Internet.
